About Mary Ann

I was born in Maine and spent over 40 years living and working in California before making the move to Tennessee in 2024, a place I am proud to now call home.
I bring 40 years of experience as a licensed real estate associate in both California and Tennessee, and I also hold a Broker’s License in New Hampshire. Throughout my career, I have been committed to serving clients with knowledge, integrity, and care.

I am married to David Gladstone and am blessed with two daughters and two stepsons. My faith in the Lord is a strong foundation in my life and guides both my personal and professional values. I have a deep passion for charity and volunteer work, and I believe strongly in giving back to the communities I serve.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through skiing and hiking. I also love creative pursuits such as knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, and sewing.

I have had the honor of serving in several leadership roles, including Past President of the Boys & Girls Club, Founder and President of the 21 Invest Club, and Board President of Hillview Estates—roles that reflect my commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community involvement.
